As nearly every single IWC member knows by now, WWE released a video entitled ”It Begins”, as well as Kane’s return hype video. That is two cryptic vignettes created by WWE at this time, very unusual. During the RAW show last Monday, as the WWE were showing one of the many and tiresome Twitter on-screen graphics, the image got blurry and showed a URL to a Youtube channel – “It Begins 2012″. The video is below:

The boy in the video said this….

“Come my people and shut thy doors about thee. For a power should come to punish the meek for their inequity. For on the second day of 2012, a familiar force shall arrive to claim what is his. And it will be the end of the world as you know it.”

Online wrestling fans have been speculating that it is the return of  either Chris Jericho, Undertaker and a few have been saying Sting. The video is connected with each of these wrestlers in some way. For Jericho it’s connected with the date to his initials of Y2J.
Year = Y
Two = 2
January=j

For Sting, it’s connected with the letters as:  IT BEGINS –> I BE STING.

For Undertaker, well the cryptic video itself reflects to his character. It’s at Wrestlemania time to build a feud so it makes sense to why it could be him. Also, it could be Undertaker announced as the 1st inductee into the HOF 2012 with 20th WM win intact the following night at WM (Claiming what is his) “end of the world as you know it” as in end of the old WWE with a new WWE being born without Taker.

I have a strong feeling it’s only one of these three guys, the video reflects and signifies a relation to each of these wrestlers, clearly it’s a returning wrestler as ‘a familiar force’ is mentioned. The video doesn’t seem deadman-ish, it relates or reflects to his character but it doesn’t give that deadman feeling vibe, but it still makes perfect sense the way I looked at it anyway. I can see it being more Jericho because of the date, it’s a lot like his break the code vignettes from 2007. Also, Jericho has stated in interviews only last year that if/when he returns to WWE, he’ll want a different character from last time and keep moving into new phases in his carear, he’s one of those guys who doesn’t want the same one or two characters. So it could be a new character for Jericho.

So to me, it’s cut down to Undertaker the most, my theory behind it is most powerful and it would a business changing idea if it was Undertakers last WM. Rock and Cena is huge and it will add importance to that and to the show in general. Now I ran through who I think it could be and what makes sense if it was that wrestler, but overall, The Undertaker makes most sense so I’m guessing it’s The Undertaker.

Who do you think it is? What is YOUR theory on this? I think WWE is going to be an exciting few months ahead and as a wrestling fan you don’t want to miss out on these next few months.
